Your ERP, your inventory system or your vertical application stays as it is: we map your data model onto EN 16931, write the integration and hand it over documented. At a fixed price of 6,000–15,000 € plus VAT, 4–6 weeks to go-live — and before that we check one of your invoices for free.

This is what the readiness form and the analysis phase after it need. Nothing more.
The free readiness check
The entry point is not an order but a file: send one sample invoice and we write down what it is missing to be an e-invoice.
Submit a sample invoice — PDF or XML, up to 5 files totaling at most 3 MB, no sign-up. The form asks for your name, email, company, the system that produced the invoice and the recipient type.
The invoice is validated against the KoSIT rules.
You receive a written verdict within one business day. It is yours even if no engagement follows; the submitted files are deleted after 30 days.
Build it yourself or have it built
Both routes end at the same e-invoice. The difference is who writes the integration.

You call the API yourself: 20 API calls on the free tier to try it out, then the Starter plan at 23 € per month billed monthly, or 18 € per month billed annually.

What does the check cost?
Nothing. You submit one or more sample invoices, they are validated against the KoSIT rules, and the written verdict arrives within one business day. The verdict is yours even if no engagement follows; the submitted files are deleted after 30 days. No sign-up required.
Who is liable if an invoice does not get through to the recipient?
xhub.io takes contractual responsibility for invoices from your system getting through to the recipient. Liability for the invoice itself under tax law stays with the issuer — that cannot be moved by contract, and we do not claim otherwise.
Do we have to change our system?
No. The system you use today is what gets connected. Changes to the source system itself are not part of the scope, though.
What happens after go-live?
After go-live there is a monthly service fee for the technical processing. It is not part of the fixed price for the integration.
